Paolo Valli and Katarina Janoskova founded in Italy the company "L'asina sull'isola" in 1996. Their laboratory develops the theme of the Shadow both technically and from the point of view of expression. The laboratory provides basic technical information regarding the three elements on which is based the language of Shadow Theatre: the light, the silhouette and the screen.
