Workshop by Retrofuturisten and Papermoon Puppet Theatre on the traces of the performance SENLIMA to discover new ways of building virtual puppets using projections. In the workshop the artists will show the solutions found for a digital shadow theatre. Workshop participants will create their own puppets and objects and experiment with this technique.
Retrofuturisten are an independent theatre and puppetry company founded and based in Berlin, as it is Papermoon Puppet Theatre, based in Yogyakarta. The connection between both has been the HfS Ernst Bush of Berlin. Both groups propose a synthesis of modern puppets and theatre objects, acting and music composed specifically for each project.
